Chalford Cappuchino is a rare harlequin grey male producing quality harlequin grey progeny. Cappuchino has won fleece classes at all age ranges and continues to carry a fine fleece at the age of 7 years. His fleece has a very soft handle and judges have described his fleece as ‘advanced’.  If you want to breed harlequin’s then this male is now available for matings on a drive by basis.

Description

A rare harlequin grey male from Australian and Peruvian bloodlines, Cappuchino is proven to produce harlequin grey offspring.

Chalford Cappuchino’s sire, Mariah Hill Mambo, was the best black huacaya on the Australian Show circuit in 2004. Mambo carries the famous Highlander and Hemingway genetics within his excellent pedigree. Cappuchino’s dam, Chalford Charlotte, is from black parents and sired by Koricancha Sinbad from Peru who was a master at passing on his excellent fleece traits.

Chalford Cappuchino has correct conformation with a delightful head. His fleece has been described by judges as advanced. It has well defined staples with medium frequency, high amplitude crimp. Good density and brightness is evident and this is passed onto his progeny. His 7th fleece still exhibits a very soft handle. Cappuchino produces harlequin grey’s identical to himself as well as solid fawn depending on the colour of dam. Chalford The Artful Dodger is a rose harlequin now working in Spain.
